Developing Conflict Management Competence
Abstract
The article discusses theoretical and applied basis for developing conflict management competence. Positive aspects of influence of this competence on confl ict resolution, development of the relationships in the organization are shown. The structure of the competence is described and some exercises of training directed on developing the conflict management competence are analysed.
