Competence and professional risks of work with the conflict
Abstract
Development of mediation as a special form of work to resolve confl icts implies many risks. Th ese risks concern mediator`s practical activities, and vocational training programs. Th ey are attached a special status in comparison with other forms of work with confl icts, and also a combination of psychological and legal aspects of this competence.
