Dialectics of interaction: cooperation and conflict
Abstract
The article describes a model of cooperation - Rhombus of Cooperation which is based on four basic processes: setting a goal, achieving the goal, communication and forming relations between the participants. The article describes the relevant criterion of efficiency for each of these processes, what makes possible to evaluate and manage efficiency of the whole cooperation process. Conflicts are considered as a necessary part of the cooperation process as an indicator of health of cooperation and as tools to improve cooperation. The article presents a classifi cation of conflicts based on the model Rhombus of Cooperation.
